How much that Z5300 costs? seems to nice choice over X-540.

OT, here in Ahmedabad, MX 5021 costs 7.5K, bloody hell :( If you are looking for 5.1 system, go for Logitech X-540. I am also hunting for them, current price should be 5.2 to 5.5k, if I am not mistaking.

^^ almost same rig, I am using HDMI out on my MSI K9AGM3, it's working pretty well. You dont need a graphic card, HD renders smoothly with 690G, even the 1080p. Get a good sound card to hook it up with your Denon.

I am also looking for similar stuff for my HTC Touch. Let's ask KMD, he will be able help us here.
