Your cabinet is quite roomy, especially around the CPU area. The mess of cables is only at the bottom. I don't think a new cabinet is going to make the difference you expect. As people have said above, use a better thermal paste first.- Jarod

Did you reinstall the OS after the board was changed? Run DPC latency checker ( http://www.thesycon.de/deu/latency_check.shtml ) If you see routine red spikes, it means you have a driver issue. Which soundcard are you using?- Jarod

Do you want to watch TV directly on it? Or do you have a set-top box with HDMI or DVI or VGA output? Do you have a dedicated graphics card? If not which motherboard are you using?- Jarod

Can you post some temperature readings? And a side-shot of your cabinet so we can see how crowded your components are. A room cooler won't help your PC temperatures much.- Jarod

Is reliability of your server important? Ideally, you need: 1. Redundant PSU 2. Hardware RAID controller card Both are not easily available as third party components in India. If you are only accessing the server remotely, why not rent a server like Amazon's EC2?- Jarod
