Several questions-
1. Do you want to go all out on RGB?
2. Black or white case/theme?
3. Do you care about ray tracing/cuda/nvenc streaming?
4. How much storage do you need?
Note that with the hardware you buy today, you won't be running games at near max settings after 3-4 years.

Yes I know that. I just suggested a VFM lower priced option as requested.
Both RAM speeds are similar and won't make much of a difference at 1440p. As long as it is 3200MT/s or higher, performance will be good.
Yes, the stock cooler is sufficient but can get noisy. Depends on whether you want...
You can save quite a bit by going for a cheaper case (unless you really like the case you chose, or if you really want white). MSI has some good cases with ARGB fans.
Build is looking better now.
There's a variant of AG400 with ARGB as well.
I understand. If you are playing at 1440p, the CPU won't matter much anyway.
You can avoid it if you don't go crazy with the amount of stuff you're getting (only if someone is getting it in their luggage). You can claim it is for personal use, of course it is better to have the boxes unsealed.
The stickers on most SSDs are used for thermal dissipation and removing them voids warranty.
But in this case it doesn't really matter as it didn't have warranty in the first place.
It looks absolutely fine to me. Often thermal pads used are thick and can make the sticker look like that.
Sorry...
Warranty will most likely be an issue with most parts as most companies don't have international warranty. Plus, if the parts are dead on arrival you'll need to send it back to the US/Japan.
Also please note that the prices mentioned in the US are without taxes. Check the prices there after...
Build is quite good I would say, except the PSU. I would suggest spending a bit more to get a better quality PSU (edit - I see that you referred to the tier list and updated the PSU. Kudos for your efforts!)
To save some cash-
1. You could go for the Sapphire Pulse 6700XT which is available for...
If you have a regular atx case then yes, it'll be half the volume and relatively compact.
It's a good case, rebranded from the Sama IM01/Tecware Fusion. It's like a slightly bigger NR200p with better compatibility.
980 over P2 hands down. I didn't really notice that the price has gone down quite a bit.
Corsair Harpoon Pro as suggested by another member?
Note that most newer Logitech mice will eventually start double clicking.
You can go with the G102. Once it starts getting the double click issue, try...
Is there any good B660 ITX board available in India at the moment? The closest (and cheapest) I can find is a Z690 Asrock board for 22k, but it seems overkill for a 12400/13400.
Planning to build in the A4-H2O with a 3060ti FE.
This actually doesn't matter as the 12400/13400 can't be overclocked. I don't think the chosen board has bclk overclocking as well.
A 120mm air cooler with good airflow is more than sufficient given the efficiency of the 12400. I suspect that the 13400 won't be any different efficiency wise...
I didn't like any NFS game after Hot Pursuit 2010.
Most Wanted 2012 was okayish, but none of these newer ones come close to the original Most Wanted and Underground 1/2.
I hope this one changes my mind, it's been a while and I miss NFS.
I just watched the video. The application is the same as Spigen minus the hairdryer part.
It's another option to keep in mind given the cost of Spigen.
Looks like I'll need to ask someone to get Whitestone Dome from abroad.
For the time being, I washed the Spigen one (didn't know we can wash and re-use) and applied it using light soapy water.
Alignment was somehow ok. There are still marks from the squeegee I used, but it is better than...
MSI MAG274QRF (non QD), LG 27GP850/32GP850/27GN880 (need to stretch the budget a bit for 32), Gigabyte G27Q/M27Q, Asus Tuf VG27AQ1A, Dell S2721DGF are some good options.
Some notes-
MSI MAG274QRF - Has a USB C port, and a good stand. Excellent colour performance with a good sRGB mode.
LG (all)...
