Overall brightness levels and colors vibrancy go down. After adjusting, its somewhat better but not as much as in fast mode. Fast mode it is 4 ms and fastest it is 1ms.

Same here. Using MSI MAG241C and quite happy with it. Only issue is for competitive games like CSGO I have to set it to 1ms which makes the screen duller. I increase black levels and contrast to compensate for it. Heard that MSI customer service is good.

I recently bought MSI MAG241C monitor It is VA supposedly lies inbetween IPS and TN in cost and performance. I am really liking it. 144 hz, 1 ms, curved monitor. Only issue is at 1ms, brightness is reduced. I bought for about Rs 14000

I completely agree. They are least customer centric. Several grades below Amz. I once had a terrible time with them, they kept sending me wrong color kid shoes not once but thrice. This is after I specially tell them to take care. In the end I get only a refund. Nothing for the time lost and...

Back on sale, the buyer who paid advance and dragged the closure for such a long period finally backed off bargaining for Rs 100 more at payment stage (which I didn't agree). Price dropped further by Rs 400 just to prove a point ;) Get it for Rs 1200 + shipping
