Wasn’t that a momentary drop though? You can see the graph hovering around 150MBps. Also, all SLC SSDs drop to such speeds after cache is full. If your usecase requires >500MBps write speed always, why not look into TLC? What you are describing is SLC SSD behaviour. Got nothing to do with this...

You should get a TLC for this usecase.

But we rarely write more than 100GBs at a time. When the SSD is idle, the cache would get emptied. Yeah when SSD is more than half full, speeds will drop, that is common across all QLC SSDs (80-160 MBps)

Where did you find the speed drops to 100 MBps after using the SLC?

I have benchmarked the SSD, seems pretty much what they claim. Temps are also good with the heatsink provided. Can’t guarantee on reliability but I am only using it as game drive, so don’t care in terms of data loss.

Don't be offended OP, but I believe any potential buyer should note that this is 230v version which is pretty low on the tier list compared to regular one.
