ummm, isnt this the reason for being attacked? "anyone can access if they know the IP" - i mean , there are plenty of botnets continually scanning public IPs for known services/login and here you've left it "not encrypted" meaning I guess no login page or something like that?

Yeah "curved" != "proper" :p not to mention overpriced. I was looking at the gigabyte and msi oleds with relatively lower refresh (165hz) which are listed on the websites but not available online/offline since who knows when. Hopefully closer to year-end or early next year there will some options.

@honest1 if i am reading the text correctly it only says you will not be able to change the office AFTER you save the application... just try filling application all the way including selecting your current preferred office location and see if it allows you? i guess you dont need to create new ID...

I would have recommended a Ryzen-based ThinkPad T14 for it's hassle free linux support (I bought a Gen 4 T14 with Ryzen 7480U a year ago) but now with the latest Intel Lunar Lake 200 series the reviews seem promising so you are spoilt for choice... I would still suggest a proper ThinkPad T or P...

I guess it's best to find a definitive answer on the your airline(s) website(s) itself (whichever you booked ticket) they will spell out the current baggage rules - my experience was from many years ago with a couple of airlines - things can change and vary between airlines.

Is this check-in or hand bag? Checkin should be fine (weight based) but hand bag they place it in a "cage" like compartment to check it fits inside it so you might face problems.
