So basically I want my PC to be connected to the TV And make my ipad act as a remote to play youtube vids on the PC. Earlier I used to do this by connecting my ps3 to the TV and pairing the ipad and ps3 youtube app. There was an option to pair devices -- any such thing on windows 8.1 ?
