Great, Try it in stages ! Start with XBMC 10.0 default install, run the video and press "o" to check the dropped frames and CPU usage while video is running. Then enable hardware acceleration and try and same. You will be shocked !!!

Thanks. Did you move to XBMC 10.0 and tried the hardware acceleration ? Or are you using older methods like MPC tweaks ? Download the try the "killa sampla" snip. It is a great leveller, actually a overkill in terms of bitrates, but shows where the HTPC stands !!!
