Isn't the cabinet a bit overkill for your build ?

    51-70k Gaming @ 1080p low-medium settings

The 9.5K one was Msi GTX 1050 2 fan oc edition and it was selling on Amazon and the seller was cloudtail. Usually most of the pc components are overpriced on Amazon but the low price could be due to cloudtail being the seller. And the 10.6k one was Asus GTX 1050 expedition 2 fan oc edition and...

    51-70k Gaming @ 1080p low-medium settings

While waiting keep an eye on the GPU prices if you find the GPU at lower price then buy it first and then go with the rest of the build. Last month I have seen GTX 1050 for 9500 but this week the cheapest was selling for 10600. I am also building a new PC and looking for price drop on either...

    51-70k Gaming @ 1080p low-medium settings

R5 1600 is definitely the better choice. It's also getting a lot of discounts as the new Zen+ CPU is coming in April. A few days ago it was selling for 15K on primeabgb and mdcomputers.

    51-70k Gaming @ 1080p low-medium settings

R5 1400 isn't worth it when there is 2400G. 2400G sits between 1400 and 1500X. But the 12.9K pricing of 2400G is too close to the 15.5K pricing of R5 1600. R5 1600 definitely worth the extra cost over 1400 or 2400G. But if you're on a really tight budget you might want to consider 2200G or maybe...

    51-70k Gaming @ 1080p low-medium settings

Ryzen does perform slightly better with higher frequency RAM but the extra cost associated with higher frequency ram negates the performance gains, that money can be better spent elsewhere. And its hard to find higher frequency 4 GB sticks for cheap, most of the 3000Mhz RAM starts from 8GB. Also...

    51-70k Gaming @ 1080p low-medium settings

CPU- Ryzen 2200G for gaming or 1600 for gaming + workstation. Skip the 2400G Mobo- Asrock AB350 Pro4 (cheapest) or GIGABYTE GA-AB350-GAMING 3 (Better audio and dual bios) As you already know ask the retailer to update the BIOS. I don't know if AMD sends the kit to update BIOS in India. RAM- 2 X...

    51-70k PC for 1080P gaming

If you're buying 2400G then definitely go with dual channel memory. The Raven Ridge APU does not perform well with single channel memory. Here are some benchmarks- https://www.techspot.com/review/1574-amd-ryzen-5-2400g-and-ryzen-3-2200g/page8.html

    51-70k PC for 1080P gaming

Sorry I forgot to mention this will be a Gaming + workstation build. For whatever reason I'm missing the edit button on my first post. I was considering Ryzen 2400G, the GPU part is really good for an iGPU but the CPU part worries me. Since I'll be getting a dGPU wiil the iGPU even matter ? Also...

    51-70k PC for 1080P gaming

Thanks for the reply had to postpone this due to high gpu prices. GTX 1060 6 GB's are costing around 35K. RAM prices are also adding salt to the injury. Looks like now is really a bad time to build gaming pc.

    31-40k PC for home use

i5 8400 currently works with relatively expensive Z370 motherboards. Ryzen does not come with integrated GPU so you'll need a discrete GPU.

0-20k Low range future proof graphics card that plays HD videos at 60 fps and basic gaming

If you're going to upgrade the whole system in few years, maybe you won't even need a discrete GPU for light graphics usage. Integrated GPUs are getting better. If AMD's benchmarks are to be believed then the Vega GPU in Ryzen 2 will perform similar to GT 1030. So GT 1030 is already obsolete.

0-20k Low range future proof graphics card that plays HD videos at 60 fps and basic gaming

Update: Price is increased by 1K and now its retailing for 10.5K so removed the link. Edit: Wait! forget about new GPU considering how crappy your CPU is it will bottleneck any GPU. Get something cheap and used.

0-20k Low range future proof graphics card that plays HD videos at 60 fps and basic gaming

For future proofing get a GTX 1050. GT 1030 is just a basic card, it will be fine for videos but it will suck at 1080P gaming even at lower settings.

    Codec doubt

External codecs are not really necessary. Players like PotPlayer, MPC-BE, VLC, MPDN etc. can play almost any video file.

    Camera app for Xperia

Check the camera 2 API support with Camera2 probe from play store. If it shows full or level_3 support then the Gcam mod should work. You can find the modded Gcam at https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/how-to/modded-google-camera-hdr-60fps-video-t3658552
