Spec wise both Dell and the HP one is almost same, but the HP laptop has a little a advantage over the dell. The HP laptop has 2 USB 3.0 ports vs 1 USB 3.0 port in dell. So I'll go with HP. Btw you can also take a look here...

The download link is dead but I have installed the driver from a third party site will that work ? Lets see if the speed increases. edit- haven't noticed any significant increase so reverted back to the newer version.
