SnS still haven`t responded with pictures of the packaging to show the tampering. Haven`t got the declaration from them either. All that i`ve received are a couple of pictures showing the phone box without the handset. They could`ve stolen the handset themselves and pinning the blame on USPS...

No. Don`t recall receving any such e-mail. If you had received it, Kindly post it over here. Congrats, Bro. Got a couple of packages delivered on the 8th and 10th still held in NY. Their CS is saying, they`re dispatching them sequentially.

One of my PPO packages delivered on the 8th July has been dispatched from NY and is currently under custom clearance.
