Ahem, I tried Windows Server 2008 :) Enabled it perfectly for Workstation OS. Installed latest DX and drivers on it :) It still sucked in Counter Strike Source (only game I care about.) Back to XP :)

Yes, your board supports 4 dimm's without any issues. I have used the same on my older P5N32-E SLI without issues. RAM on hold for ibmmainframes
