    Note 2 is damn good (it was from Samsung's glory days, before it started releasing shit like grand, core etc but do check the condition thoroughly. I find it somewhat phishy that he is asking just 14K.

    Lumia 520 is obsolete now (525 coming to replace it). Get Gionee P2 at 5.5K. The best android (I have used it) with 512 MB RAM.

    Ascend P1 : pros : great screen, great camera, good enough processor for daily driver ( not for high end gaming) and quite a few ROMs already available on xda. cons : average battery life and also battery non-user replacable.

    Lenovo Phones run on mediatek platform. The lastest version on any mediatek device is 4.2.2. But if you ask me I would rather choose the Lenovo at 18K than increasing my budget by 3k and getting a nexus 4(horrible battery life and same on nexus 5).

    Grand Duos has the best cam for a 8 mp smartphone. But its the only good thing about it. performance is sluggish and battery life is pathetic .

    E3. I dont see any cons except the battery backup. plus E3 has more custom roms than D1 ( seems Gionee completely forgot D1 exists). Or If you can increase your budget, get Lenovo P780. its amazing.
