Are you sure you are using a 970 EVO? Cause you need to have a connector to convert the NVME to SATA. Chances are it's a 870 EVO.

You can get a brand new 12400+b660M motherboard for 30k which is much faster than a 8700k. There is already another thread here where a 9700k+z390 with warranty selling for 25k. So I would suggest to price it accordingly.
