In all honesty both are pretty pathetic just like what @t3chg33k said, you'll need something which has atleast an i5 dual core or quad core processor, atleast 8GB ram if its windows 10, a graphic card addon would be nice, with an SSD in 2021.

Not a problem at all just do make sure to measure or give proper check to the size of the thermal pads over the VRMs, VRAM etc. Even cooler masters cheapo thermal compound is extremely thick, not the best but helps on a budget for specifically graphic cards. Thermal pads help transfer the heat...
