We get a Retail upgrade license. Yes, we get an option to save it as a proper ISO or save it as an installer on USB. I believe that is also an option as in dual boot but you may need to google up on it.

Anyway, it seems to be a buggy driver issue and not a processor issue. Try toning down the settings and checking if it goes away.
