Check out your near by repair shops. I recently bought a replacement battery from Amazon and had to return it. It degraded in capacity within 2 days.

Why not buyer repair it and then get reimbursed for the process by the seller? It's gonna be hard for the buyer to trust the seller after this. That's a safer option imo.

I have been following this thread for a few days now. I am on the buyer's side. The seller failed to clearly mention that the GPU was repasted. As well as clearly lying about the GPU being in mint condition. Those are pretty misleading claims.

I'll see about Optimus. In my area, they are mostly selling Exide, Microtek or Luminous for inverters. Exide, Amaron, Pheonix and Spark for batteries. What do you think of a Microtek + Exide combination? That's the most likely one available.

These 5800X3D and 7800X3D are way too expensive in India. Especially the former. It's on par with the 7800X3D price

To be fair, the long power cuts are rare in my area. The power goes out for a few hours a day. But longer power cuts where I will use up the battery capacity will be rare. So I don't think the battery will degrade that fast.
