You may want to mention whether it's locked or unlocked. Since it's from the US, I'm assuming it's LOCKED. May want to mention the FW version aswell.

I was told that these are factory refurbished HDD's when I called their help line. The fellow went on to add that there would be a 1 year warranty, but wasn't sure if it was Manufacturer warranty or Greendust warranty. @Kanishk - Do let us know when you get more details!
