They should have provided that everywhere. At least the 1499 plan. Our idiotic ISPs will keep on sticking to their 256kbps until 'TRAI' changes definition of broadband. It should be changed to atleast 5Mbps just to respect the fact that it is 2012 and India is an IT hub.

Use EasyBCD to modify boot entries. Not sure if that works perfectly with linux, but that's what i did when i installed xp after 7 and it worked like a charm.

Then it's better to consider a proven monitor like U2312HM instead of getting unknown ones. You may not notice ghosting on it if your eyes aren't too sensitive. Also, IPS will give you great colors. If not, the only monitor I can think of around 10k with great response times is the S23A350H...

Are you sure the benq is great at gaming? I don't find any professional reviews of it.

If you think RTR180 has too much power, consider an RTR160. Fits in your budget, great performance, returns 45+ kmpl even when ridden hard and you can carve through bangalore traffic easily. You might feel uncomfortable with the seating position initially. But you'll get used to it eventually...

For which monitor? If you're talking about the samsung monitors i mentioned, unfortunately, they're not wall mountable.

You can take a look at samsung S24A350H. it's around 12k. 23 inch one costs around 10k. It only has VGA and HDMI but it's better than VGA and DVI IMO. As you're going to use it for gaming, it'll suit you perfectly as these monitors have great response times according to reviews of 22 inch one...

Nice!!! But they should have priced it a little lower. That would have prompted a lot of users to move away from the proven R15 and try this. This would've brought a cut down of R15's price as well. Either way, I wouldn't be able to buy it as my RTR160 HE is just 7 months old

Alpha17, the monitor you linked to is G2220HDBL which is different from G2220HD which is a CCFL backlit monitor.

I'd suggest you to steer clear of those aging benqs as benq's warranty policy in india begins from 3 months from manufacture. So you'd lose about 1 year atleast. Same with samsung. But for gaming, something new and responsive like S24A350H would be better IMO. Downside is, it only has VGA and HDMI.
