I used zotac ,sapphire ,msi ,evga ,xfx cards before . zotac rma is good ,but cards are not . had some issues . I don't know much about xfx rma . but I prefer evga /MSI/xfx ..never had any problems with these 3 brands .

format ,reinstall windows,download the latest whql driver from amd site . or use driver sweeper and use new whql driver.

It is a very good brand mate .I bought two cards from them .they are solid ,never had any issue.

Try HD 6750 1GB .

you can fix a 80mm fan in side panel .buy a 80mm fan from local store ,it will cost 90Rs . use zip ties to attach it .

Temp looks OK now.100c is a normal temperature for 8 series cards. a side panel fan would decrease the temperature.(5-6 c) IMHO do not spend too much money.Use this card for now and buy a new one later .

you can check FSP saga II 400w from itwares for 1900 or a FSP saga II 500W from itwares for 2200 the first psu is more than enough to run your current setup with gt 520.I have the same 400Wpsu in my other computer.

if you have a very low budget then buy gt 430 1gb -can play games at medium ~low settings or else grab a 5670 -Rs 4300 (HIS is available in itwares /Sapphire)-can play games @ medium~low settings you can buy a 5450 for Rs 2050 (only for playing games @ very low settings)
