Ya this is a valid card all right... This one is based on a reworked version of the rv770 that powered the 4830... Ati obviously finds lots of left over rv770 gpu's and has reworked them to something called rv770se or something and slapped a Gddr5 on it and strangulated the card with a 128bit...
