Sure we know that..:P but lemme tell you this, that there's no comparing Asus and ASrock in terms of stability, reliability, performance, features and bundled stuff...asrocks are pretty cheap mobos and not at all as reliable as ASUS.. ;) Go for them only if you are short on cash and cant afford...
