If you bought the game from Battle.net, it would get associated with your battle.net account. They don't provide any CD keys. All you need to do is install, and login the game using your Bnet username and password.

Oceanic servers for WoW are still located in the US. Only the time has been set to match Aus/NZ. Ping would be pretty much the same.

Performance would be the same, more or less. The Hawk has better components as people have said above ^^. There is a price difference of only a few hundred bucks, unless you are comparing a Biostar 5770 with the MSI Hawk. Go for the Hawk, you won't be disappointed.
