Take a look at CM HAF-X...from the reviews..its full tower with plenty of room for cooling..also have big fans..and front usb 3.0 too..not sure about the price here...and about the cooler wait for others suggestions.. Edit: CM HAF-X looks way too much expensive.may not fit in your budget..

try HP DM1z series with AMD Fusion...

All airtel unlimited plans have FUP...try reliance...they dont have FUP and I am using it for the last 7months..
