Having used Exynos version of the same for couple of years I think it is well rounded product at that budget. And Snapdragon has better performance and battery life which wasn't bad on even Exynos version

I have owned the Acer XV272U series for a while infact have 3 of them right now... I don't really think it is cheap apart from some build quality which isn't as important as the display. Comes with factory calibrated colors as well!

for this budget you can only get i3/Ryzen 3 laptops with 8GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD if you manage to extend budget might get a i5/Ryzen 5 instead

You should look better ATX Mobo with Z690 Chipset As far as SMPS goes might want to look at850W+ for future proofing as well

Get a DDR4 Mobo+RAM Most of the SMPS has best efficiency at 40-70% load... I would suggest this being a one time purchase you can get 850W-1000W SMPS

Best thing about Archer C80 is that you can set it to one SSID for both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz and it automatically switches basis on your distance from the router. 5Ghz are not wall penetrating.. unless your router is in center of the floor, and there is line of sight don't expect 5Ghz to reach you!

It would be worth telling the software that she would use. But in your budget you can only get a i3-11th Gen or Ryzen 3 which I don't think is enough. I would suggest at least 16GB RAM and an Ryzen 5/Intel i5 and if possible a GPU dedicated Budget would go around 60-65K
