    Fukctel is throttling Bit Torrent Traffic it s true. I am getting full speed on utorrent while Outgoing Encryption protocol is set to Forced But I am getting slow speed while it set to Enable and getting very slow speed when it set to disable. We Hate You Fukctel :@
