I dont think the file is corrupt or the media is bad. Its plays without any issues on all PCs. I use Samsung Plomax and Sony CDR. Here is the snapshot.

Blade i checked, my files are not Packed bitstream, but still they are not running on 5106K. Anything else which i can try??

guys i read on this forum that 5106 will not forward/rewind in Zoom mode. Mine does. dont know how. :hap2:

Thanks for the reply.. i will check that. Does this mean that packed Xvid files dont play on DVD players or its just with 5106K?

For some Divx avi files the video output on the TV screen stops after 3 sec, plays again for 3 sec, then stops again and the cycle continues. But i am able to hear the audio output properly throughout. Any suggestions ?????

Recently brought a Yamaha YHT -165, a 5.1 system to make a home theatre.. i am using it with my Philips 5106K... I want to Wall mount the surrond speakers, but the problem is that i am not able to find wall mount stands which fits into yamaha speakers. All the Wall mount stands screw goes fine...

Planning to buy a DVD writer. Can you guys suggest me a good writer along with its cost. I checked in Anupam and they have a Sony DVD writer for 3600 RS, but not sure on the model no.

I have brough a Philips LX3900 Home theatre system which plays Divx, so thats not a problem.. I have not used VirtualDub, will check that out. Some Files are 713MB oto 720MB. How do i overburn the CD? Do you have a option in NERO to Overn Burn it?

I have lot of Divx movie files downloaded from the Net. Most of them are bigger than 700 MB in size, so i cannot burn them on blank CDs using NERO. I would like to watch the movies on my DVD player. Can someone tell me how to burn bigger Divx files on 700MB blank CDs ?
