You are not getting the point. 10GB of vram is obsolete. It won't let you select ultra/very textures while on 6800XT you would be able to do so.

The thing that created doubt in my mind was the +1/vouching people were doing for the site and dude. That's the thing about sophisticated scams, they will deliver goods sometimes and act like a proper business so that they can project an aura of authenticity and avoid legal issues.
