    Chef Knife and Whetstone/Sharpener recommendations

I had the same issue of finding the right angle to sharpen on the whetstone, which I need to master someday. Meanwhile I use the following knife sharpeners from Ikea, which go a good job of sharpening the knifes, compared to several others I had tried before. Our kitchen knives are all...

Review Ultimate WATER PURIFIER Buying Guide.!

Ah, we replaced Kent and moved to LG almost 8 yrs ago. There used to be a brand/seller by the name of PSI, who used to sell good quality generic RO spares. Amazon is filled with several clones now. I'd go with the cheapest one from a reliable seller.

Review Ultimate WATER PURIFIER Buying Guide.!

That has been the problem with Kent technicians from day 1. All units come with a low pressure sensor at inlet to cater to this exact scenario, to safe guard pump in case of no supply at inlet. They bypass the LPS during installation citing the inlet pressure at home is not high enough to...

    The IKEA India Thread

I remember IKEA Hyderabad having a made to order furnishing section in the initial days. The section got downsized gradually over time and currently they only sell limited fabrics in pre cut sizes & custom size in meters for us to get them stitched...

IKEA Products you own and your use case

Difficult to compile as it would run into pages, thanks to the Hyderabad store being close by. More so, since two of our flat interiors are done by IKEA, one in 2018 and one in 2022.

Looking for a chimney for a Indian kitchen ~ 8-10k

Avoid mesh filters and prefer models with baffle filters. They are easier to maintain and come out squeaky clean in a dishwasher run. I would suggest Crompton, as they offer free installation + free duct, which saves you 2 to 2.5k over competition.

    Laser Measure

I have been using GLM 500 for over two years now, for home DIY purposes. IIRC it's the cheapest model from BOSCH India, that has the tilt sensor, which is a key for accuracy. With tilt sensor, it's easy to level the device to ensure that you are not tilting the device and taking inaccurate...

    Which Blower to clean PC?

Like I had mentioned in my earlier post, this is useful only for spot dusting the individual components, don't think it can be used to clean the PC chassis as such in one go. The other blower mentioned in the thread is technically a leaf blower and is much more powerful, and IMO too powerful for...

    Which Blower to clean PC?

https://www.mi.com/in/product/mi-portable-electric-air-compressor/ This is what I use, but almost all portable battery based models come with similar attachments.

    Which Blower to clean PC?

If you already have a vacuum and looking for portable blowers, then there are several battery based models these days. Like the one for example >> https://www.amazon.in/Cordless-Electric-Rechargeable-Computers-Electronics/dp/B0B7XXKSL4 There are cheaper variants too with just the blower option...

    Which Blower to clean PC?

For this budget, one can actually pick up a vacuum/blower combo like Black & Decker VH780 for e.g., which is way more powerful blower and serves as multipurpose device.

    Which Blower to clean PC?

I just use my portable car tyre inflator with the narrow nozzle balloon attachment or the needle attachment. It's gentle enough as to not blow away components, strong enough to blow dust off. For those areas with stubborn dust, I just use small paint brushes to loosen the dust and then blow it...

    Confused between lenses of Lenskart

There should be laser etching on each lens showing the Zeiss logo as a mark of authenticity. https://www.zeiss.com/vision-care/us/eye-health-and-care/understanding-vision/look-for-the-zeiss-engraving-when-you-choose-lenses.html

    Confused between lenses of Lenskart

That sounds strange. I had beeen using Ziess Photofusion for over 5 years now and never had any such issue with the transition in all weather conditions. Prior to that I had been using Essilor transitions, where the transition speed was a bit slow and the oleophobic/scratch resistance coatings...

How are the Galaxy Buds 2 / 2 Pro ?

Any bluetooth headphones/neckband/tws with mic would work regardless of it costing 5 rs or 50k. Having said that both XM2 & XM3 are horrible for calls, they pick up too much ambient noise and amplify it more than your voice. XM5 (both WF & WH) is far better comparatively.
