    71-90K What to buy used?

Memory, SSD and CPU are the least prone to damages (unless external force is applied). You can find deals on a 3070 for under 30k or for a 3080 for around 40k. Also, do you need a monitor? My suggestion would be to get a used GPU first, since these are usually more commonly found. Others, like...

41-50k Replacing old system for gaming

This. Most people in India who build their rigs rarely think of making future upgrades, or even if they do, it'll be once in 5 years or so. Ryzen 5 5600- 14.5k Gigabyte B550 DS3H- 9k Asus TUF Gaming 550w PSU-4.2k WD SN570 1TB-6.3k 2x16GB 3600 C18 RAM-8.2k

    90K+ 3 Desktops with i5 13600K+ Z690 + RX6400 + 32GB Ram

Looks good. Thing is I don't know much about productivity workloads, so you can take the call on the GPU upto your comfort.

    90K+ 3 Desktops with i5 13600K+ Z690 + RX6400 + 32GB Ram

Intel Arc A380 is under 15k, so you also consider it. For the motherboard, the B660 has strong VRMs, so you could run your 13600K at load all day long. The same however, cannot be said for the H670. Maximum you could use on it before throttling would be the i5 13400 probably.

    90K+ 3 Desktops with i5 13600K+ Z690 + RX6400 + 32GB Ram

Used might be your option. RX 6400 is a pretty weak GPU, and it's just too scandalous to recommend. Intel Arc A380 would be your other option on a budget. True, it does have some driver issues, but most of them are sorted. Also, there's AV1 support, so if you do plan on any video editing in the...

41-50k Thoughts on the HP Victus RX 5500M variant

Yes its good. Any other option would include a GTX 1650, which won't come anywhere the RX 5500M.

    90K+ 3 Desktops with i5 13600K+ Z690 + RX6400 + 32GB Ram

You've got a very very very very very (I could go on forever, but I'll stop) big GPU problem. The RX 6400 is one of the weakest GPUs on the market right now. To prove how terrible it is, it's even worse then entry level GPUs that launched about 6 years back. Yes, its that terrible. I've checked...

41-50k Laptop for Computer Science Student

Ok, fair enough. How much are you willing to spend? For 50k, the Vivobook Ryzen 5 with an extra 8GB is a good balance of performance and features. And yes, Ryzen 5 5500U is  better than the i5 1235U. In case I get anymore sense less comments, here's a comparison. R5- i5 1235U- Thse are...

0-10K Phone suggestions for under 10k

Unisoc is fairly decent, I'll give it some credit. Typing this from my Unisoc powered device and I only get stutters when I switch between apps. It's smooth for simple usage like browsing and media consumption. A relative's phone has a Unisoc T610 powered Infinix, and surprisingly, I don't...

0-10K Phone suggestions for under 10k

Nokia is mostly out of the loop here in India, so I would say avoid it. Moto or Samsung would be your best bets. You could wait for a sale, you'll see some good price drops then. Moto G32 is a good phone that usually costs around 9.5k, but goes for 10.5k. It has a decent SoC, and an FHD display...

What is your budget and requirements for the laptop? What will you be using it for? Do specify these in detail. 41-50k Laptop for Computer Science Student

Both of the Dells are overpriced, and lack features. Asus vivobook is a waste of money, you can only upgrade to 12GB, and that is only after removing the onboard 4GB stick and adding another 8GB stick. Again, do not fall for those benchmarks and the number of cores. Most of it is bs. There...

31-40k Old Mobo died - Need to get Mobo+CPU+RAM+Cabinet

Why 12400? You could settle for an i3 12100, which would tick all your requirements and get the job done for much cheaper. 4k videos is not too strenuous on today's iGPUs, so you can do away with an i3. Or consider AMD, since it's cheaper- Ryzen 5 5600G-13k Gigabyte B550-8.5k(or B450, about 2k...

41-50k Laptop for Computer Science Student

I'm guessing that you're pulling these numbers off a website called nanoreview. You might want to note this, NEVER go to the websites that claim to compare chips for info. Especially not nanoreview. That website just spits bs. It has no information on where it got those results from, which model...

41-50k Laptop for Computer Science Student

Nope. Pop in a 4 core chip without HT, and it will still be able to run fine, as long as the system has an SSD and 16GB RAM. Those benchmarks claiming that "single core performance" is better is synthetic as well, it is not a replica of actual scenario. And no, clocks speeds do have value, in...

41-50k Laptop for Computer Science Student

Intel options are good to look at, but you'll have to consider other parameters as well. When paired with a 42Whr battery, the 5500U will give you better battery life. Also, all 6 cores on the 5500U clock higher than what you get with Intel. Unless you need it for serious productivity, the e...

    90K+ PC for Rendering (Lumion/VRay etc.) 1.5L excluding GPU/PSU

True, power consumption readings should be taken with a pinch of salt. But when all cores are used (which I'm guessing is the case for most productivity workloads), the 13700K will draw 240w, even if it'sDR5 for a short period of time. But if you are more comfortable with Intel, then you'll...
