Update finally, after many visits to the shop, got my ups back(on 24 Feb) paid 400 more. The dude says he changed batteries to amaron and got the charging system repaired. this time tested pc with load ETS2 for 5 min. so I think it's mended now.

it's a single circuit I think as I saw a transformer and capacitors onboard. will go to the shop tomorrow and try to return the batteries. and buy new ups for peace of mind. thanks for your suggestion.
