The price for AMD one is fair. i recently built my pc with everything new except cpu and gpu , just rtx3060 and better psu. costed me 33k. Rx6600xt and rtx3060 perform very similar. You can go ahead with that.

They used ant esports thermal paste. So i took off the cooler, cleaned all the existing thermal paste from both cooler and processor. and bought hm501 from a shop nearby (they had this only). tried my best to screw it properly. After thermal paste change, it's running more stable than before...
