    Just call them or shoot an email, you'll get the replacement.. I have got the replacement 3-4 times for the same product.

    what's the big deal?.. I just needed a simple washing machine, so opted for whirlpool basic 6.5kg. The same machine retails for around 7.8k (plus handling & delivery charges) in Mumbai whereas I got it for flat 6.5k from HS18.. decent deal..
