    For atom processors :eek:64bit will not improve performance :banghead:. Have you tried Windows 8.1 32 bit? If not then give it a try, one of my friend use it on his intel atom and it works well for him :p

    Mostly a PSU issue, try booting without graphics card if you have a PCi one. Have you tried replacing the CMOS battery? If possible do try with another PSU unit and if you are able to get in windows, try and update your motherboard BIOS.

    I have used BSNL 3G in Sector 62 and 41.. speeds are pathetic..:arghh: network was okay but upload / download speed is not at par. Deadly thing is latency which makes life hell... :banghead:
