Most peacemax option: EASEUS Partition Manager Home Edition. Free, non-destructive, easy(ish) to use..

If the SUPER settings intimidate you, then you might not fare any better with MediaCoder - IMO it's a bit more powerful than SUPER, so has more settings and options in a more cluttered interface. (I use MediaCoder for all my encoding/transcoding/clipping requirements, so I'm cool with it..)...

I've been using Thunderbird 3+ for god knows how long (WAAAAAY better than 2) - handles multiple accounts, good RSS/news reader, and handles multiple multi-gig email files with no complaint whatsoever.. I used to jump email clients fairly frequently - (Eudora, OE, Outlook, Pegasus, Calypso...

..and if all you want to do is very simple 'add credits', 'join videos', 'crop videos' kind of stuff, then Windows Movie Maker will do just fine.. handles any format as long as you have the requisite codecs installed, and is VERY VERY EASY TO USE :-)

Add me to that list! One quick n00bish doubt though - 1260 + 'shipping' refers to in-country shipping, right? Any idea how much this will be, say, to Bangalore? :)

Would you folks say it's okay to replace Avast with this? I have an old-ish laptop, and imo avast runs a bit slowly and takes up way too much memory while scanning (realtime). This does have real-time scanning, right? I'd prefer not using software that I have to schedule to run at intervals...
