From E5200 reviews, it looks like they don't really have that high an OC potential (in spite of the high multiplier) and all three boards you've listed are overkill for it.

I don't have any URLs for Indian sources but I've seen the Belkin phones in Staples here and the Linksys one in S.P. Road. You might be able to get your local shop to source one. Pricing is as I mentioned earlier.

As said above, Skype is available as a native application for PSP as well as Windows Mobile phones. Skype has also been released for Java enabled phones. If you're looking for a standalone cordless style Skype phone that doesn't need a PC (but connects directly to your broadband router)...
