Source? BTW you can create something like that for a specific time frame. Although due to Hawking radiation, a black hole could be a net loser of mass and thus shrink over a period of time. The time such a black hole would exist is directly proportional to its size.

@zapout Please, you are very much wrong. Please do some more research. The minimum amount of mass required for a gravitational singularity is clearly not as high as 1.9-2.7 times solar mass. A Neutron star has formed because gravitational collapse has stopped because of neutron degeneracy...
