It seems issue is when generator kicking in. Computer is not turning off when power cut happens but when generator is returned on. Are there ups's not compatible with generator.

Thanks a lot @ch@ts So I get it. 4th pin in mobo is pwm which is not necessary as the cooler master case fan has got only 3 pins and they are not intended to be controlled by the manufacturer. Correction: Deepcool cpu fan is 4 pin But to control lights I need an adapter as rgb header in mobo...

So how to connect 3 pin power of cpu and case fan to mobo's 4 pin. Is it through cpu_fan and cha_fan2 on mobo. But that is not also not compatible right. I intend to assemble today as this is the last day of the 7 day replacement period for mobo &ram. But this whole fan issue got me confused...
