I am used to Tata Sky and am pretty happy with their Customer Support as well. I now plan to upgrade to a hd + dvr box. But my biggest issue is this- TS has only 5 hd channels, whereas Dish TV claims 30. On the other hand I read somewhere that Dish TV's channels Might just be upscaled SD...
