Don't deny that. But, we are a nation of abundant Human Resources. A few leaving wouldn't make a big dent. They only increase remittances and our soft power. People moving abroad is kind of our strength not weakness.

A side note on brain drain discussion - It's a fact that a lot of students coming out of premier institutions migrate but barring 2-3%, people moving abroad hardly can be classified as brain drain. Most leaving are young people whose parents have enough money to send them for overseas education...
