Asus P8H67M-LE uses solid caps only for the CPU VRM where as H67MA-E35 is an all solid caps board.

i5 2500K has HD 3000 graphics which is nearly as par with 5450. Get a wide screen monitor instead a square and use the money to purchase a 2500K instead of 2500.

There is another option. Get your motherboard repaired at Chandni. It will cost you 500 - 700 bucks. And they will give you 30 days warranty. My friend had a similar problem in late 2008 and he is still using the repaired board without any problem.

Go for MSI H67MA-E35 @ 5.5k. The cheapest one will be Intel DH61WW for 3.5k but no USB 3 or SATA 3.
