Have a 45nm Celeron 430 1.8Ghz with OEM cooler 4-5 months old. Almost as good as Pentium D 2.8 Ghz. Can be easily OCed to 2.4 Ghz(1066 fsb) & better than Pentium Ds at that speed. Can sell for 1.5k+shipping. Review Link
