You probably need to use a pure sine wave inverter. 600w * 1.5h = 900wh battery required. I had luminous zelio 1100 inverter with 12v 150ah lead acid battery. Manufacturer mentions it can handle 756w. But lead acid battery cannot sustain that much load for long. And i doubt inverter can...
