Samsung has a a caller id thing in built. Won't block but will tell you if its spam. Works most of the timr. you can deny access to the messages and keep using your default msg app. I have truecaller installed as well and i have turned off everything other than the dialer.

Go with Logitech, get a combo. I used a mk215 for 3yrs. It was mininal and durable. But there are combos in that price range.
