Lowest i have seen a 2080 fe was 34k. Never 30k. 1080ti will be at or around 28-30k with less than one year warranty. If you dont want, try for 2080 alone or get a 2070.

There is PSU tier list in linustechtips forum which is rated almost all the PSUs are tested and divided into tiers. A tier A/S will do the job.

The point is if you get into the internals of the 750W, it says that it depends on other parts as well, I have 3600 but will be pairing a 3080, fine with a bottleneck. Mostly I will be using ML DL workloads where CPU is not much in use. It will be fine if I have non-daisy chained 8pin connectors...

I don't think we will be needing a 750W GPU, use outer vision and put in Radeon VII which is 300W and put in rest of specs. For me it cam around 562W on load which means the 600W is suggested so 650W PSU is sufficient. If you are short on budget just postpone your plans of PSU upgrade to later.

Did you open and forget the audio connection, check the flap is properly plugged in or not.
