You can install Tivimate/OTT Navigator/Sparkle app on your Android TV/Phone. You'll be provided with a playlist URL that you can add in the app and start watching live channels

Pay per channel is not feasible for me. I can only customise the IPTV playlist to have TV channels of a specific language/category (sports/entertainment/movies/etc) for convenience
