    WTB Skylake/Kabylake Xeon E3-12x5 v6

Still seeking this. Less preferable, but Core i3 7th gen - 73xx would also do.

    TWS around 3k

Sure. Paid 1599 for the blue variant (which I believe is what it is still sold for). The white variant goes for 100 less with a coupon. I liked the blue better.

    TWS around 3k

Ended up getting this - Oppo Enco Buds. As I see it, there's just so much choice in this price range but no real stand-out models. Thank you for all the pointers.

    TWS around 3k

@Futureized - Afraid I'm looking at earbuds alone, for convenience. @psyph3r @FXGalvatron - JLab, Oppo sound like good value options. Will explore a bit more. Don't like the fixed charging cable on JLab, though - the only way for me to use would be to have them dangling from a charger.

    TWS around 3k

Looking for TWS earphones around the 3K range solely for music and spoken word (podcasts, audio books). Won't be using it for calls, so mic quality is unimportant (preferably without mic, if such models exist). Looking for something with a okayish to decent audio quality and of decent build...

WTB SATA power cable from non-working PSUs

Looking for SATA power cables (with female connectors, and just the part marked in the picture) from PSUs for a project. Anyone with old broken PSUs willing to part with these cables, kindly PM me. Just the snipped-off cable is fine - don't necessarily need cables from modular PSUs. Thank you.

Still looking for one. And something other than the generic model that my local operator provides.

    Where to purchase LAN/Ethernet cables?

Don't mean to discourage you, but the regular (non-passthrough) connectors were near-impossible to crimp even with the load bars. That could be because the load bars I originally received were way too big for the individual wires - at least on my CAT7 cable. Hope they fit snugly in your case...

Static IP, Host Names and Name resolution for LAN devices - What is best practice ?

For hostname resolution, have you considered mDNS? Any popular implementation should work - having recently switched from Avahi to systemd-resolved for local hostname resolution, it really has made life easier. Personally, I use a combination of plain DHCP (for devices I don't need access to -...

    Where to purchase LAN/Ethernet cables?

Hope you have better luck that I did. Found it frustrating without the pass-through connectors and gave up, and had them replaced with the pass-through connectors which I had originally ordered (but without the ground tail/prong). The wires in my CAT7 cable were stranded, though. Also, the...

    WTB Mac-compatible SSD - 256GB or more

Looking for a SSD for my MacBook Air 13" (early 2015) - 256GB or above. Uses their proprietory interface. Kindly PM. Thank you.

    Where to purchase LAN/Ethernet cables?

Fedus themselves sell shielded connectors. As a matter of fact, I use their shielded pass-through connectors. These however do not come with a ground prong/tail, but it should still be possible to ground the shielding by wrapping around the outer cable shielding such that it comes in contact...

    Where to purchase LAN/Ethernet cables?

This I believe is not a pass-through connector? Had actually ordered pass-through connectors with them (FEDUS), and was mistakenly sent these (the model with the ground prong). To their credit, they were quick to send the replacement, but the pass-through connectors do not have a ground prong...

    Linux The GNU Linux Thread

VPN definitely has its uses. Still, as far as web pages go, does not HTTPS encrypt all requests/responses, including headers? As I understand, with DoT and HTTPS you get near-total encryption while browsing web pages (both the domain resolution and fetching web content) - at least with...
