10-15K Mi 11x vs Poco X3 Pro or sth else for less than ₹17k.

Would love to hear about the actual camera experience as well. So far, given the specs, and from the reviews out there, the camera doesn't quite appear convincing. Anyone else with thoughts on the Note 10 Pro Max camera? Is it worth the premium over their 10 Pro?

10-15K Mi 11x vs Poco X3 Pro or sth else for less than ₹17k.

Thank you. Almost sold on the Note 10 Pro Max, given a camera performance very similar to the Mi 11X. And my usage would be quite mild - typically less than 2 hours talk time + 2~3 hours media consumption + a bit of browsing a day (no gaming or social media of any kind, nor any banking apps or...

10-15K Mi 11x vs Poco X3 Pro or sth else for less than ₹17k.

Torn now between the 11X and the Note 10 Pro Max when I consider the price difference in particular, but obviously need to do a bit more homework. Thank you for the pointers.

Need something to cover bare wires

Not sure how straight it would stretch since you require it to hang down, but I have previously used tubing from water purifiers as wire sleeves. You also get various connectors that help keep things neat. Aesthetics should be hit or miss though - since I don't think you get too many colour choices.

10-15K Mi 11x vs Poco X3 Pro or sth else for less than ₹17k.

BTW, how does the Note 10 Pro compare with the Mi 11X, besides the camera? I ask, since both the Note 10 Pro and Pro Max retail for under 20K presently, well under the 11X. And as far as I can see, the specs appear on par as well, except for the processor, which I can certainly live with. And...

10-15K Mi 11x vs Poco X3 Pro or sth else for less than ₹17k.

Right. Had already ruled out all these "GT" models, my primary requirement being a model known to work with LOS.

10-15K Mi 11x vs Poco X3 Pro or sth else for less than ₹17k.

Don't mind waiting, but a poor camera just won't do. Anyone else with thoughts on the camera? My typical usage should be quite mild - no gaming or social media. So I should be fine with the battery. BTW, not too keen on 5G or 120Hz either. Looking for something solid and long-lasting though...

10-15K Mi 11x vs Poco X3 Pro or sth else for less than ₹17k.

Have also been looking for a LOS-supported phone and zeroed in on the Mi 11x, primarily because of the large AMOLED display (besides the LOS support). I see that this thread is already several weeks old, and the 11x is presently listed at 30K on Amazon. Feel that it is no longer a worthy buy at...

    FS: Others APC Back-UPS BX1100C-IN 1100VA / 660W, 230V, UPS

An update. Been monitoring the UPS over the weekend and through several charge-discharge cycles, and it appears to be in fine working order. Except for a slightly rattly fan - something I should be able to eventually fix. Had re-sent the payment to @sandymsu last night and he insisted on sending...

    FS: Others APC Back-UPS BX1100C-IN 1100VA / 660W, 230V, UPS

DTDC deserve a thread of their own here. Have had multiple bad experiences with them in the past, including every single one in the past couple of years. And have also avoided them as much as I can. Even as recently as last week had to decline a good deal here, since the seller could only ship...

    FS: Others APC Back-UPS BX1100C-IN 1100VA / 660W, 230V, UPS

Received the UPS today. Unfortunately, in a badly broken condition. Shared photos with @sandymsu and he was gracious enough to immediately refund the entire amount. Kudos to him. The package itself was intact, and was very likely dropped from a considerable height during transit to incur such...

    WTB Cheap wireless mouse

Of course, I do believe yours were good recommendations. What I meant was that any mouse is unlikely to last long when handled by a fiddly 8-year old (but kids often surprise you, and you never know), and I'd much rather that it be something inexpensive. Have messaged @ibose - if something...

    WTB Cheap wireless mouse

Have never really used a wireless mouse before, and the one I buy is unlikely to last too long. So wanted to see if I could get something cheap here, first. Do intend to get a new one in a couple of days, if nothing turns up.

    WTB Cheap wireless mouse

Looking for a wireless mouse. Meant for an 8-year old, so am looking for something no-frills and cheap. Preferably branded and decently built. Kindly PM offers. Thank you.

    Any Self-taught Guitarists here?

As a beginner, I find JustinGuitar and YT in general to be a godsend. A lot of times, I would pick whatever song that comes to mind and scour YT for lessons. It is chancy and I tend to often give up on harder songs, once I realise they are beyond my level. But have also learnt a lot and on many...

    Any Self-taught Guitarists here?

If bought online, may I know where you sourced it from? Have been looking for a decent affordable acoustic, but am unable to travel to the city to sample and buy something from a brick and mortar store, given the times. Which means buying online is my only option, even if I don't quite prefer it...

    5.1 speakers for under 10K

Sure. Will certainly post my experience once I use them enough. Happened to have an optical cable already - bought here as part of a cable bundle sometime ago. It appears long enough for my use, but have not tested if it works. In case it doesn't, I had this bookmarked -...

    5.1 speakers for under 10K

Thank you for the Obage recommendations. I was since able to get in touch with them via their website, and after a bit of back and forth, ended up ordering this 2.1 unit: https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B097N8WZ5F/ Must add that they were quite helpful - actually went as far as looking at my...

    5.1 speakers for under 10K

My present setup: analog 3.5mm audio out of the TV connected to powered 5.1 speakers. It is primitive and unsophisticated, and would like to keep it this way, since we watch very little TV, and yet cannot do without it. Essentially need a like-for-like (or marginally better) replacement for the...
