If the Note is your daily driver, I would recommend you not to jump to ICS leak just yet. Its buggy as hell. Team Rocket is a custom rom based on the ICS leak and reports suggest its fairly stable as of now (v. 1.5)

Browsing for 6 hours alone will drain the battery completely An hour of gaming takes away 15-20%. 2 hours of videos will cost you 20-25%. Rest of it should be good for wifi and 3g. So charging it twice should be enough for a day.
