ASUS RT N-16 default firmware now supports Transmission Client.

:clap:YES guys! You read that right. Firmware 3.0.0.3.78 is out for N16 and it loads the router with Transmission-Daemon. This also means that Transmission-GUI can be used to control the torrent downloads. The software handles ftp downloads with ease too. I have been using this firmware...

    Please suggest 2.1 speakers

There are plenty of reviews sprayed all over internet. Heres your pointer : corsair sp2500 reviews - Google Search I went through quite of these to make up my mind. For anything south of 10 grand, I think Logitech Z623 is still the best option. Theres another but tedious way to get things...

    Please suggest 2.1 speakers

Get yourself the Corsair SP2500. I am not sure what the present prices are. Bass is definitely punchier than Logitech Z2300 I had before getting this.

Which laptop to buy? MSI GT780R-012US or ASUS G74SX-A1

Though I am a bigtime Asus fan, I must admit, MSI has the upper hand this time. With the 17" range i.e.

Thats the quote I got from Laptopia itself when i enquired about the price as a friend of mine was interested too. That was a month ago. Price and performance wise, its a better buy than the XPS as the later is expensive by a couple of grands for the same specification. People are all praises...

    Gaming laptop for 1 Lakh?

MSI 780R or Asus G74SX. There are options like Sager and Clevo if you purchase your machine from US. Both Asus and MSI have international warranty options when purchased from sites like BTOTech and XoticPC. I would suggest you purchase it from the US. This way you will be getting more for the buck.

The screen is quite good. Viewing angles are good horizontally. Not as good vertically. Brighness levels are spot-on though. Keyboard isnt backlit and theres considerable amount of flex. But to me, that isnt much of an issue. Atleast i wont be resting my palms on it :P Even i read about current...

I have the Asus N53SN and i am quite happy with the performance it offers for the price. Ofcourse it wont allow you to play at FHD resolutions in most of the games, 1366*768 is its sweetspot. Crank up the details and the games are still playable. About being EOLed, its not true. The range is...

Buying Laptop from US [Budget $1400]

If 3D is your priority, dont look below the Nvidia 560m. Thats the bare minimum. This technology is evolving fast. If you have time at hand, I would suggest you wait. Glassless 3D screens are promising. LG has a few aces up its sleeves. Lets see what they come up with.

Dell XPS 17. Llano isnt quite here/there yet. Also the hybrid crossfire thing needs more time to mature.
